Important things to know:
1. We do not ship without first contacting you and getting an ok.
2. The freight company only delivers to a residence after having first made an appointment, and the appointment is never for the same day.
3. We need the shipping information at the time of order. Last minute info is how mistakes happen. Or last minute anything!
4. We use a limited list of experienced shippers which varies by region. Our job is to get you the safest carrier at the best price for your region and shipment size. A one size fits all price guide results in some customers being overcharged.
5. Your furniture is insured when we ship it.
6. Your responsibility when receiving your furniture is to look it over with the driver present and note on the receipt if there is any damage, even if suspected. The delivery drivers are obligated to help with the inspection, if you ask. Concealed damage callbacks are not allowed by carriers now.
12. Our Seattle area truck is once or twice a month.The standard delivery rate assumes only out driver is needed and if help is needed someone will be available on the other end. We do offer deliveries in our truck with an additional person for unloading for an additional cost.
